Be still and know...

“Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations; I will be exalted in the earth!” Psalm 46:10

How often do we get inpatient, anxious, fearful, or unsettled in challenging moments of life. It's like our internal panic button has been switched on and our brains are going 100 miles per hour. It's easy to allow our emotions to dictate our actions during these challenging times. You are not alone there my friend! Today, I want to remind you that if your facing challenging moments or your facing circumstances with unknown outcomes, be still and know that God is still control. These seasons help to remind us to lean into God's promise and strengthens our faith.

Turn the panic button off, clear your mind, and surrender this to God. He understands your concerns, and he wants you to bring them to him. Talk to God like you do a friend, express your concerns, and allow him to fill you with peace. The ending of Psalm 46:10 says, "I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." When we are still and surrender our concerns and emotions to God, we are exalting him [placing him in a high level, giving him regard] Don't let your worries, concerns, and anxiety take the place in your life that belongs to God.
